| Shipping
Information:
- All
items will be posted on working day within 2 or
3 days of payment clearance. If this is not the
case, you will be notified promptly by email.
- The
item will be carefully packaged and ship using a
registered service from Asia which requires a signature
upon receipt of the parcel.
- All
items are shipped persuant to a shipping contract.
This means that risk of title and loss passes to
you upon our successful delivery to our carrier.
Buyers are encouraged to purchase insurance, if
available.
- Digital
Studioz is an internet based mail-order supplier
and regret that we cannot provide a pick-up service
for local customers wishing to avoid postal charges.
- Shipping
time is usually 5-10 business days to Australia.
- Shipping
cost within Australia is $10.00.
Returns:
- All
items purchased from Digital Studioz are made pursuant
to a shipment contract. If goods received are not
as ordered, please contact
us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery
but
this hardly ever happens. .
- Do not
open any packaging or use as it will be deemed to
be acceptance of goods and will not be accepted
for returns.
- If
there are any doubts/queries, please clarify before
bidding/purchasing. Once an item is purchased, it
is a legally binding contract and both parties are
obliged to follow through as agreed.
- Kindly
note that all goods sold are not refundable.
