Our aim is to provide a wide range of products at the best possible price. We specialise in importing popular musical equipment directly from our warehouse in the Asia Pacific region to your place such as BOSS pedals and selling them at the best possible prices. Therefore, our retail price is even lower than your local music store's dealer price in Australia.

Are your products genuine?
We only sell genuine, fit-for-retail goods. All our customers can attest to that. Beware of others that pass off counterfeit, refurbished or factory-seconds goods as new.

What if my goods arrive damaged?
This hardly ever happens because we pack everything super well but if it does please call us and tell us immediately. We will arrange a pick-up of the damaged goods and a quick replacement

How long does delivery take?
It depends where you live. Once your order has been processed (which can take a few days depending on stock availability), The item will be carefully packaged and ship using a registered service from Asia which requires a signature upon receipt of the parcel. Shipping time is usually 5-10 business days to Australia. We do our best. Please be aware however that delivery may take up to 2 weeks or more if goods are out of stock at time of order.

My item has not arrived?
Shipping time is usually 5-10 business days to Australia. If you do not receive your item within 10 business days, please don't hasitate to contact us.

How much does delivery cost?
Most items we sell are cost $10.00. Other items we charge you whatever it costs us. We do not strive to make a profit on freight. It also depends on where you live. For larger heavy items just give us a call for freight charges.

Will there be customs duties/charges for this shipment?
No. This item is under 500AUD. As such, no duties or charges will be levied by Australian customs.

Note: For item amounts over 500AUD, it may be possible to seperate the package up into smaller packages to legally avoid customs tax. Do email us to discuss your needs. However, please do not ask us to undervalue the shipment as we are a reputable business and do not wish to face huge fines because of a few dollars.
